Tantra is tuning into your spiritual energy
Your body is a portal or gateway through which you can tune into your spiritual energy.
Tantric breathwork, Kundalini energy, pranic breathing and some yoga and meditation practices have in common that they can awaken or open portals to other dimensions.
When your mind body and spirit are aligned, controlled and directed with spiritual ascension or enlightened intention, then your energy flows.
- Conscious Breathing releases and relaxes mind chatter;
- Touch and connection stimulates and satisfies the body’s sensual cravings;
- And Spirit soars with the balance between thoughts and feelings – uplifted with unconditional love energy from your heart chakra.
One can direct or lead another to reach these places and spaces, with trust, instruction, energy and vibrational transmission. And the Receiver will transcend to the level of their experience. Some have a pleasant experience, some physical ecstasy, some mystical and others truly tantric full body orgasms or out of body experiences and spiritual energy orgasms.
When I tune in to the Love Grid and ask for love, light and healing for the person I am giving a Tantra Pleasure Experience, I open my energy as a clear channel to receive the flow of unconditional love into that person. Healing can be physical, mental, emotional or spiritual. The energy goes to where it is needed. Reiki energy flows with heat and strength, filling me up with its powerful healing, healing me, then overflowing into the person to heal their wounds and fill them with unconditional love.
I call it Tantric spiritual energy. It has no name really. It has a flow and never ceases. It can be very strong, hot and insistent. And it can be extremely soft, gentle and light. Always healing. Always unconditionally loving. And the empty spaces inside us that have been lonely and separated and unloved are filled up, connected and energised with the most beautiful feeling in the world: LOVE.
