TOO OLD FOR SEX?

Often I am asked “Am I too old to have sex?” Its mainly by “older” people in their 60s 70s and 80s who have a good sex life and good sex drive!

My answer is “NO! Sex is ageless!” and I think that everyone should have sex as often and as long as they can, as long as they enjoy it and get pleasure from it.

Then there’s the meaning of “sex”. Sexual intercourse is the usual meaning – physical penetration lingam (penis) into yoni (vagina). What about Tantric sex?

Tantra is a Sanskrit word which means “to weave and to expand”. Tantric sex can be energetic with no physical penetration. Breathing together and connecting your energy with your lover can be a blissful peak experience.

“Tantric sex” is energetic. It does not have to be physical. Often if he cannot get or sustain a strong erection and/or she is not wet enough, then Tantric energy is a wonderful way to share your love and feelings for each other.

Energy Orgasm

Energy orgasm starts with being aware of your own sexual energy. Tuning in to it, feeling it flowing through your body. Moving it around consciously. Making it stronger and bringing it up and down. Controlling it for multiple orgasms by yourself.

Then, after much solo practice, tuning in to another persons’s energy. Breathing together to synch your energies together. Again moving it around. Weaving it between yourself and your partner. With unconditional love. Connecting together. Moving together. Expanding it through your bodies and playing with it – swirling, floating, expanding more and more. Until you both reach the peak of the wave of ecstasy. Flowing down the other side and smoothly floating up to the next peak of the wave.

You both ride the waves – sometimes she leads him up there and sometimes he is the leader. With tingles and shudders, tremors and kriyas, vibrating together in orgasmic bliss.

Hours can pass. Timelessly floating and flowing on waves of energy. This is tantric communion.

No time, no space, just the wonder-full dance of energy between two souls in space. Transcending all. Expanding into the universe in oneness and enjoyment.
