Your body is a portal or gateway through which you can tune into your spiritual energy.
Tantric breathwork, Kundalini energy, pranic breathing and some yoga and meditation practices have in common that they can awaken or open portals to other dimensions.

The Sanskrit language is very poetic. It names the penis as lingam, which means wand of light. And the Sanskrit word for pussy is yoni, which means sacred garden
Its much more romantic for a man to ask a woman “Can I play in your sacred garden with my wand of light?”
And if she asks him “Can I play with your wand of light?”” he feels the confidence of a Jedi Knight!
So how does she do this?
Set up for a Lingam Massage
After a refreshing shower or romantic spa bath, set up your sacred space. It can be a massage table, or a mattress of the floor in lounge. In winter, in front of the fire; in summer outside in your secluded shady back yard.
Slowly undress him, teasingly stroking his clothes off his body
He lies on his front, you gently stroke his back with your fingers. Rake or tickle your fingernails around his buttocks, up his legs. Gently stroke his perineum (the sensitive ridge between his balls and anus)
Watch his back as he breathes and tune your breath into his (slower or faster if necessary)
After plenty of exploring his whole back, arms, legs, neck with relaxing easing strokes, ask him to turn over (he wont be asleep, just very relaxed)
Start by teasing his legs with your fingernails and finger tips, then stroking with your hands up to his chest and down his arms. Then nibble or tweak his nipples. What does he like best?
Kiss him from his toes to balls. Then up to his tummy to his nipples, neck, ears, teasing until you get to his forehead, then his lips. Move slowly back down to his toes.
An option now (if his legs are apart) is to climb on the table from his feet or sit on the mattress between his knees. Crawl slowly up his body to lie on top and kiss him. He can play with your breasts if you sit on top of his tummy – still teasing!! It takes good control by a woman not to stop there! Do a couple of body slides if you want to tease him more. Sometimes you get stuck…
Then slide down and kneel between his knees (if you are comfortable with the height of the massage table – easy if you re on a mattress or low couch). Now you can explore and play with balls and lingam and tease a bit more.
Cover your hands with oil and gently apply it to his wand of light, stroking slowly and gently. Watch his face and check where he is as far as arousal. Usually his lingam will tell you!!
Strokes for His Wand of Light
Ironing – both your hands are flat. Start with palm on base of lingam and slowly, firmly, move your hands all the way up his lingam and up to his chest, so that your whole forearm strokes it. Repeat with the other hand and arm, bringing each stroke around his nipple and down the side of his body, back to lingam. Repeat as many times as you like and as he likes…
Lemon Squeezer – with plenty of oil on your palms, rub the tip (glans) of his lingam with your palm, as if you are squeezing a lemon. Do this gently the first time as sometimes the lingam is very sensitive. Ask to find the correct amount of pressure to apply. Watch his pleasure on his face.
Ice Cream – lick from the base of the lingam up to the tip. Then nibble down one side, then the other. Flick your tongue p and down the wand of light and see hi face light up!! Lick around the edge of the glans to tease him. Watch his eyes go up to the top of his head! Gently suck just the head and lick the frenulum (spot where ^ of glans) to tease him more.
Alternate and repeat these Lingam Massage strokes until your Sacred Garden is well watered and ready to receive his Wand of Light.

Are the men clean, honest, quality, respectful, safe, friendly and normal?
Yes. I have personally checked every ‘single man’ who attends the Tantra Playshops in Adelaide. The pre-requisite is for men to have had at least one Tantra Pleasure Experience or Tantra session with me. They may be a bit shy, under confident or over confident though…
In Brisbane they have been recommended by Marilyn…
Will the women be positive, pleasant, open and friendly?
Yes they are personally vetted by me and open minded and friendly. However they may be a bit worried about feeling safe, and that their boundaries are respected.
The Couples who attend – are they safe, sharing, open and friendly?
In Adelaide, Couples are required to complete a Questionnaire and some have had sessions with me.
Do you have to join in with everything?
You can choose whether you do an exercise or not. You can set boundaries so that you are safe
What limits or boundaries are available?
You set your own boundaries and limits. eg touching only on exposed skin. Touching arms face head is OK etc. Touch must be light and gentle. Please massage my shoulders firmly. Please don’t touch my head/hair! Please don’t touch my breasts. You can touch and stroke my lower arms and hands.
Is everyone married or in a relationship or single and available?
Some people have partners, and are here with them, some are not. Agreements are made between partners about limits and boundaries for each other.
Singles aren’t necessarily looking for a relationship. The Tantra Playshops are not about pairing people up, it’s about practicing Tantra with a partner, which may or may not be yours.
At the beginning of the party everyone tells the whole group their status, boundaries and agreements.
Will there be more men than women at the Tantra Practice Playshop?
No. Every party we endeavour to have gender balanced with equal numbers of men and women. You can choose to be with a woman or man in some of the exercises.
Do I have to take my clothes off?
Some people may take some of their clothes off because they get hot, however full nudity is not involved. You choose your level of comfort and clothing. You need to be OK with others partial nakedness, however no more than you see on any beach in summer!
What are the ages of people attend a Tantra Practice Playshop?
All age groups are welcome, and each Playshop has different attendees, however most people are between 30 and 50.
